Head of Marketing - Manufacturing

Our client is an international manufacturer exporting goods worldwide. Following on from recent successes they now seek to appoint a Head of Marketing who will steer the marketing team and bring fresh thought and direction to all product lines and market insights for the creation of new product offerings.
Reporting directly to the board, the Head of Marketing will develop communication strategies for multiple channels, identifying efficiencies and synergies across all brands to deliver profitable growth and be a thought leader in the specialist markets the company supplies products to.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and assist brand divisional brand managers in successful management of all products and campaigns in their remit.
Direct campaigns across multiple brands and core channels: Trade & Distribution, Social
Housing, Specification & Retail & Consumer.
Overall strategic management of core agencies – PR, Design & Video Production
Participate in key strategic projects – CRM rollout, Project Experience (improving customers’
journeys).
Competitor analysis, quantitative and qualitative research providing insights relating to NPD.
Drive company wide initiatives across CSR, Sustainability and internal communications.

Key Attributes

Minimum of 8 years operating at a senior marketing level, ideally within b2b businesses.
Demonstrable people management abilities, including workflow and career development planning.
Strong presentation skills with the enthusiasm to be a thought leader/face of the brand at trade shows and industry events.

Remuneration

Senior level salary, estimated at £60-£70 Base
