Our client is a non-political community network preserving, representing and promoting the recognition and development of a heritage culture within Northern Ireland.

This important demographic within Northern Irish history was integral to the development of the western world and played an important role in the civilized society of today.

This is a full 360-degree marketing opportunity for marketing professionals seeking to gain or further their development of an understanding of tourism & destination marketing, marketing for arts and culture, anthropology and history and gain experience working with public sector and community initiatives throughout NI.

The Role

Work creatively to promote the community across all marketing channels, through a
diverse variety of tactics, including social media, collaboration with councils, relevant agencies and community bodies.
Devise and manage a communications strategy for the organization
Engage with local networks, helping them to promote related events, initiatives and projects.
Act as the lead coordinator for a programme of events and work with the larger parent organization to help deliver the operational objectives of the network.
Initiate and assist in the organization, implementation and evaluation of a programme of events.
Represent the community at public functions and meetings and to make regular presentations to relevant and appropriate bodies.
Provide metrics reports on engagement on social media, events.
Assist with the development, implementation and review of Business Plans and annual estimate for the Network.
Monitor and report on performance relating to the Business Plan and budgets.
Promote and distribute research papers and publications to enhance the awareness of the Community in general.
Deliver lead generation, engagement, and amplification activities via the website, Email marketing tool and social channels (YouTube, Facebook.. etc)
Running on-going tracking, reporting and analysis in Google Analytics, Google Webmasters and MailChimp
Content writing for websites, press, social media and articles in a timely manner, creative and grammatically correct manner.
The Person

Marketing qualification

Estimated 2-3 years of marketing experience B2C
Demonstrable social media campaigns experience
Sound writing ability, for short form social posts and mid-length articles
Ideally experienced in working with partner businesses/organizations in person.
Non-political working approach to culture in Northern Ireland.

Remuneration

Salary between £25-28k
Hybrid working
