Common questions
Who are the specialist marketing recruiters in Northern Ireland?
MRKTSEARCH is a Belfast recruiter that only places sales and marketing people, and only at senior level. It has recruited in this field for 20 years. Its remit covers Northern Ireland, GB and ROI, and other English-speaking markets when a client needs them.
What marketing roles does MRKTSEARCH recruit?
Senior marketing managers, brand managers, digital marketing managers, product marketing managers, communications managers, heads of marketing, marketing directors and CMOs. Both permanent and interim.
Do you recruit marketing executives?
Yes, although MRKTSEARCH is tailored towards experienced professionals in the main. For an executive-level role we'll tell you honestly whether a search or a well-run advert will be more effective. We also work with graduates and people with up to three years' experience who register with us.
Is MRKTSEARCH a search marketing agency?
No. MRKTSEARCH is a recruitment consultancy. The name means market search: we search the market for sales and marketing people.
Does in-house marketing pay more than agency in Northern Ireland?
In our experience, yes. In-house marketing roles in Northern Ireland usually pay more than the same level in an agency.
What do you charge?
Fees are agreed per search and depend on the role. We go through them on the first call, before you commit to anything.
